          About Claudia and Her Team
          Claudia Biespiel – Chef/Owner
          Chef Claudia Biespiel has been involved in a multitude of artistic endeavors, always being drawn to the creative arts. Her first undergraduate degree was a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ohio University. Whether designing jewelry or plating an exquisite dinner party, creativity has always been deep in her soul. Chef Claudia began her serious interest in all things culinary in the food mecca of San Francisco, taking classes at the French culinary school, Tante Marie.
             
          Deciding to follow her dream of working with food, after over 15 years in Advertising, Chef Claudia graduated with highest honors and a culinary degree from the College of Dupage.  She then honed her skills in some of Chicago’s top kitchens, including Rick Balyless’ Tompolobambo, Chef Bowles’ Graham Elliot and Rick Tramonto’s Tru. The breadth of knowledge and expertise she received in these top restaurant kitchens, gave her a unique expertise in exceeding guests dining experiences. She sees food and the experience of dining as art, joy and love; a journey of wonder and expectation that will transport you to place of awakened senses and new experiences.

          Claudia joins her talent and love of good food with Chef Wayne Wood and design specialist Sacha Renner.

          Sacha Renner – Design & Event Specialist
          An eye for detail, an aesthetic sensibility of beauty, art, design, and taste are talents Sacha utilizes to create beautiful and meaningful spaces for her parties and events. During her studies at Texas Christian University, it was a natural choice for her to study interior design, art history and creative art and design.
           
          Sacha’s career arc in design coordination,  production and event creation is varied and shows an ability to meet client needs in any situation. Coordinating events for a technology company in Irving and a housing company in Forth Worth, she managed events from coast to coast. Those events ranged from executive suite parties at baseball games to corporate events at luxury hotels.  Her executive position at Neiman Marcus further sparked her interest in fashion, style, and creating beautiful spaces. She received valuable experience co-ordinating style shows and InCircle events for elite Fort Worth clientele. Sacha launched Little Luxuries Event Planning & Gift Boutique in 2002,  creating custom parties to the delight of her clients.  Sacha brings her skills and expertise to Culinary Artistry by creating magnificent events in clients’ homes or the venue of their choice. From a elegant baby shower, to an unforgettable wedding or a grand graduation party, Sacha transforms any space into something unique and luxurious.

          Wayne Wood – Chef
          Chef Wayne Wood's culinary skills were formed in an obvious place – his mother’s kitchen on the Caribbean island of Barbados. From childhood, Chef Wayne learned to blend exotic spices with simple fresh ingredients and farm fresh produce into mouthwatering dishes.

          He remembers his mother selling her sustainable fruits and vegetables at the local market, long before the world understood sustainable food supply. Growing up he would have access to the freshest produce and cuts of meat from locally grown farmers and plantation owners, which translated into simple yet flavorful dishes with a strong Caribbean influence.

          Those early skills have been complimented with a degree in culinary arts and a vast work experience from high-end restaurants in the Chicago-land area to catering an array of events. Chef Wayne’s skills are in constant demand thanks to his unique ability to fuse a multitude of flavors that please discerning palettes. His dishes have been described as fresh, sustainable, flavorful and fun.
